DeChristopher earns landlord certification

Skywave Realty Services congratulates our own Mike DeChristopher, commercial broker and property manager, on becoming a Certified Massachusetts Landlord(TM).

The landlord certification program was established by MassLandlords to demonstrate professional landlording credentials to Massachusetts renters and to the community. A landlord becoming certified indicates their commitment to best practices, compliance with landlord/tenant law, and community awareness.

MassLandlords is the landlord trade association of Massachusetts with over 2,000 members. From their website: “Our mission is to create better rental housing in Massachusetts by helping current, new and prospective landlords run profitable, compliant, and quality businesses. To this end, we organize opportunities for landlord education and networking and advocate appropriate changes to the laws."
